I am writing to ask you to take me off the e-mail list. I just don't have time to read things any more. I am now working in Haiti on hyuman rights with the OAS Special Mission. Where are you? I would like to meet some time. We have now with us a former ambassador for the environment from Paraguay, although he is working on governance issues.
